The Role

Queen Katharine Academy are looking to appoint a Progress Leader to join their dedicated pastoral team. The role will be to take responsibility for the pastoral care and academic progress of a cohort of students within the academy. The role will include working with SLT and Subject Leaders to ensure progress for students whilst leading a team of tutors to deliver effective pastoral care. The successful candidate will also work to create a vision for the year group and implement strategies to promote high aspirations for the achievement and personal development of all students.
